BARJE, SLOVENIA PLANT COMMISSIONED
R.E.M. successfully commission the plant in Barje, Lubljana, Slovenia where leachate from the local MSW facility is treatment and dewatered.

LARGE CONTRACTS SIGNED FOR PRE-FABRICATION PLANT
R.E.M. has been awarded the contract for the totally integrated wastewater treatment plant of the panels washing system at the new 100,000 m2 factory of the large Italian pre-fabricator Querzoli in Forlì. The plant will treat the wastewater from the panels washing line featuring an innovative reclaiming line, a total wastewater treatment aimed to re-use integrally the water for the panels washing and comply with regulation for the discharged water.

TESTING FACILITY AT SPAL Automotive
R.E.M. completes the commissioning of the new testing facility for SPAL Automotive where a completely controlled unit allows to carry on tests on fans based on the severe standard ISO20653:2006(E) for the IP6K and IP9 rated fans. SPAL Automotive is a leading company in the automotive industry supplying fans for most of the top carmakers including Ferrari and Porsche.

NEW HEADQUARTER
R.E.M. moves to the new premises in Via dell’Industria 53/C, Cavriago, Italy. The new factory allows to an increased production capacity with a more rational layout and handling, reducing the lead-time and increasing the number of unit in production at the same time. Also, the production is now divided between the old factory in Via Nizzola 4, Cavriago, Italy and the new factory to keep the mild steel and the stainless steel processing totally separated with no risk of cross-contamination. The total production area of 1700 m2, an office area of 150 m2 and an outdoor storage area of 2500 m2 grants an increased production capacity.
